Today’s landlord can face immense challenges to keep to regulation, fill voids and cope with tax changes, not to mention keeping up with changing markets whilst balancing the variety of life experiences that come our way. Some feel that they would rather use the money tied up in property elsewhere or that they are not in a position to sell due to negative equity. If this describes you, we can most likely help. Investors & Partners
Many people feel that their money could be working much smarter for them and feel concerned about the future and building security for their families. It all started when…
Smart Student Living is excited to share that our efforts extend from creating homes for students, to providing shelter for those less fortunate.
How? For every Smart student home that is rented to students, we pledge to provide shelter for a destitute senior citizen in India who cannot afford a normal home for the aged, by covering the expenses of accommodating him/her for 365 days at a senior citizens home, including meeting basic needs such as food, clothing and medical expenses.
We are extremely fortunate to be working with an incredible initiative, B1G1, to together embed how we can give and make a positive impact in the lives of others.

Olly is an entrepreneur, passionate about property and the potential to reinvent and rejuvenate spaces.
Whilst buying his first investment property in Chester in 2007 and working very much ‘on the tools’ on this development of a 2 to 5 bed HMO (house of multiple occupancy), he also set up Local Workforce, a building and maintenance company, managing a team which worked with schools, block

Olly has successfully completed an intensive, year-long Property Mastermind Programme and is continuing his formal education within Property and Entrepreneurship.
Olly enjoys running along the Roman Walls of Chester in the early mornings as part of his love for living a healthy and active lifestyle.

Julie is passionate about personal development & well-being and the potential to live a life completely by design.
Julie has previously enjoyed the diversity of working with communities to build a model sustainable community, the UK’s events sector to operate sustainably and young people and those underrepresented in the film industry to create short films and documentaries. In each case,

translating value into action through people.
Using her creative training in Fine Art, Julie has designed the unique interiors across Smart’s property portfolio and now works alongside Olly as Co-preneurs.
Julie loves the outdoors, canoeing and any possibility of adventure particularly if she can involve her three young children.
